Do you love spreadsheets and getting the details right? We’re currently looking for an individual to help with bookkeeping tasks for our growing business. Responsibilities include:
- entering bills & receipts
- creating invoices
- creating profitability worksheets
- creating project progress reports
- creating monthly financial statements
- assisting with tax filings
Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
We envision this being a half-time position, but the position could be expanded to full-time for the right individual.
Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
Pay based on our internal (startup!) pay scale.
