This was the first NEH On the Road exhibit designed and produced by Kauffman Museum.

Lee and Grant features 10 displays and full size tents that describe the relationship and roles of the two civil war generals. When it's time to move the exhibit, each display case turns inside-out to form its own crate for shipping.

Thomas Cole and the Birthplace of American Landscape Painting

Climate and Energy Central

Climate and Energy Central is a traveling exhibit designed and fabricated by Flint Hills Design + Kauffman Museum.

The exhibit features 4 crate systems with large banners and attached activity tables to tell the story of climate change research being done in Kansas. The exhibit also features large wall-mounted murals, a large section of a center-pivot irrigation system, and many climate monitoring tools.
